About Us

Our Story
At LNRS Young People are our priority – no matter what trauma they have faced or what their
personal story is. Our purpose is to transform the lives of the most vulnerable Young People in society
and to give them a home where they can flourish and be nurtured. Our vision is to offer our young
people a home they can be proud of and here they can grow and develop into adulthood in a holistic
manner.

At LNRS, we believe every young person has the right to be treated with respect, to feel safe from harm, and to have the opportunity to live a happy, healthy life.
We are committed to supporting young people to develop, thrive, and fulfil their full potential.
We work from a holistic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, placing each young person at the centre of their own journey.
LNRS promotes independence, personal growth, and resilience by actively involving young people in the decisions that shape their lives. Through meaningful participation, we encourage self-confidence and empower them to prepare for adulthood and future independence.
Our dedicated team nurtures positive relationships and where appropriate, supports contact with family and wider social networks. We value the voice of young people and use their feedback to continuously improve our services.
Our ethos & key aims…
Placements will be carefully and meticulously planned, reflecting the view that supported accommodation is the preferred and most realistic option for the young person and a positive choice. We strongly believe that we can ensure that supported accommodation will be a positive experience and the practice of the staff and engagement with our young people will make this a reality.
